I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist in private practice with over two decades of clinical experience.  

 

I'm on a mission to help make mental health topics and tools more accessible.

While I love working with clients individually, the need for mental health support and psychoeducation is far greater than I could ever possibly hope to address 1:1. This site aspires to increase capacity to support mental health and healing in a world that’s hurting.
